The Dinwiddie County Water Authority (DCWA), created by the Virginia Water and Waste Authorities Act, is a water and sewer authority that provides water and sewer services in Dinwiddie County. DCWA is governed by a five member Board of Directors appointed by the Dinwiddie County Board of Supervisors.

DCWA maintains two water distribution pump stations, 24 wastewater pump stations, 5 elevated water tanks, one wastewater treatment plant, approximately 80 miles of water lines and approximately 65 miles of wastewater collection lines.

OPERATIONS UPDATE

March bills will be due by April 15th at 4:00 PM to avoid a 10% penalty. Customers enrolled in automatic withdrawal will be drafted on Friday, April 12th

Accounts with past due balances are due in the office on April 9th by 4:00 PM to avoid CUT OFF.

Payments may still be made online, or by dropping payments in the night box located at our main office.

2023 Water Quality Reports

The Dinwiddie County Water Authority 2023 Water Quality Reports (WQR) are now available. The reports are available on the [RESOURCES] [FORMS & POLICES] page under the REPORTS section.
